Flood Solutions LLC provides Flood Vents for use in commercial, industrial and residential buildings. We are very proud of the products and the workmanship of all Flood Vents manufactured and sold by Flood Solutions LLC. If for any reason you need to return or exchange Flood Solutions LLC Flood Vents please read the following: Whether return or exchange, the purchaser need to notify Flood Solutions within 30 days from the original date of purchase at info@floodsolutions.com for a return goods authorization PRIOR to returning any product. Please include your name, name of your company (if applicable), contact phone number, contact email address, if you are requesting a return or exchange, the quantity of vents and model number of the vents you are requesting to be returned or exchanged and in the case of an exchange please indicate the quantity and model number of the vents you would like sent for the exchange. There will be no credit for any freight charges. All requests for returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase. In the event that you do not have access to email you may call our customer service department at 1-800-325-9775 or fax at 603-595-4778 and request a refund which will be honored as long as you call or fax within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please be sure to carefully repackage any returned vents to ensure that no shipping damages occur to the returned items. All vents returned for credit or exchange must be in the same condition as a new, unused vent and any damages in transit to us or by the customer will not be credited or exchanged.
The purchaser is entitled to an 80% refund (20% restocking fee) on the cost of the vents purchased if no exchange for size, style or color is required. If the purchaser needs to exchange vents for a different size, style or color, the purchaser will need to return vents directly to Flood Solutions and the purchaser will be entitled to a 90% credit towards the exchange. Once vents are returned and any additional costs are paid to Flood Solutions LLC the exchanged vents will be shipped. If there is an additional cost for the exchanged vents then purchaser must authorize the additional charges. If a credit is due back for the exchange Flood Solutions LLC will issue refund in the form of the original payment made for the products.
